You're up on a highway overpass with Bethany.

Below you, a steady stream of cars - Porsches, schoolbuses, a Tesla Cybertruck, the occasional DeLorean. You've got a pile of rocks. You know what to do.

Bridge Babe is a 60-second physics arcade game that runs in your browser. Drop projectiles on cars. Your score is the dollars of damage you cause. Sounds simple. The scoring has teeth, the leaderboard has weekly prizes, and a single round goes from "quick hands-on goof" to "I cannot believe what just happened" in about ninety seconds.

It's a one-button game with a ton of depth underneath.

WHAT YOU DO

Move along the railing, hold to charge a power meter, release to throw. Lead the target. The arc is visualized. Hit the hood for full payday, edge-graze a bumper for the $200 floor.

  THE SCORING HAS TEETH

Every hit pays at least $200. The interesting numbers come from stacking:

    • Combos - one rock through multiple cars stacks 2x, 3x, 4x...

    • Streaks - consecutive hit-throws unlock HOT (2x), SUPER (5x), MEGA (10x)

    • Wall bounces - hit the side barrier and your entire throw subtotal doubles. Compound across multiple walls.

    • Backwards hits - rock deflects off a car and catches another one heading back at the camera = 5x

    • Flyback - a rock that already hit something bounces back over the bridge = +$20,000

    • Rail Grind - land your throw on top of the side barrier = +$5,000

    • DeLorean - hits the highway at the 40-second mark, hit it for +10s on the clock

    • Bonus Time Extension - three backwards hits in a round adds another +10s

Every 60-second round can stretch into 90+ seconds if you stack the bonuses. Big scores get into the millions and billions.

WEEKLY TOURNAMENT

Top score each week of May wins a Starbucks gift card, paid out automatically. Standings reset every Monday. Sign up to be eligible (it takes 10 seconds).

PROJECTILES

    • Rock - 100% damage, low wind drift, the default

    • Golf Ball - 65% damage but 1.6x bounce, chains combos like crazy

    • Bowling Pin - full damage, tumbles end-over-end, mows through traffic. Pin Kings is its own leaderboard.

TECH

Built with Three.js, WebGL, real-time audio mixing, and a backend that won't fall over. Plays on desktop, tablet, or phone. No install, no account required for casual play (account unlocks the leaderboard and weekly prize).

Made by NWOS - we're a small web dev studio. Bridge Babe is what happens when we close the client-project tab and open a side project.

Click play.
